Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Teaser

Well GDC09 has unveiled a teaser trailer for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Not really containing any gameplay we don’t really know what its going to look like, other than night vision is still going to be included.
What happens in the trailer isn’t that clear but it seems to be set in a public place. A group of men go into an elevator and change clothes. Guns are cocked and zips are… zipped? Just before the men get out of the elevator a man on the left says “Remember, they’re russian”. They step out. Screams of the public can be heard over the gun fire and then it cuts out. Views of helicopters can be seen and then the logo comes in.
I’m not really quite sure what this means other than its going to be set in Russia.
